Most orders are processed within 1 business day.  

While we diligently attempt to get your order shipped promptly, there are times when an item or items are in high demand and we do not have the item in our warehouse.  In that event, we will notify you of  the approximate ship date.  

NOTE: Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is in stock.

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. UPS and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

We do not require a signature upon delivery.

International Orders: Please select "international shipping." We are not responsible for customs fees.

BACK ORDERS:

IF there is an unexpected back order, you will be notified within 24 hours (unless you ordered over the weekend.) While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock.  If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
