Return Policy

We have 2 different return policies (depending on the nature of the item).  Please read below:

14-Day Return Policy:

Divas and Goddesses values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box.  Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Final Sales:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Procedure for Returns:

Click here for the Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges:

Click here for the Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Backorder Policy

While we take great care to keep our inventory current with our suppliers, there are instances when an item or items are in high demand and we have to back order.  If this should occur, we will notify you as quickly as possible (maximum 2 days) that the item has been backordered.  

At that time, you will have the choice of:

1 - Waiting for the item to become available again, (you will be given an approximate delivery date).
2-  Choosing an alternative item or
3-  Requesting your money back

Damaged Goods Policy

In the unlikely event an item is damaged upon receipt, please report it within 48 hours of receipt.

Give us your name, address, email and item and we will send return instructions and replacement.
