May I personally pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?
Unfortunately this is not possible, because all our products are typically shipped directly from a number of our warehouse locations to you, and occasionally from our warehouse location to our secondary shipping depot that are not accessible to the general public. |

What payment terms can I use to pay for my order?
You may pay for your order by credit card, by debit card or echeck. Divas & Goddesses accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. Please note that we do not accept personal checks as a means of payment. When paying by echeck the funds must completely clear our account before your purchase order can begin to be processed. echecks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. Bank. |
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Your credit card and confidential information is very secure when you make a purchase using a credit card. Your information is automatically encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) which has an encryption key length of 128-bits, the highest level commercially available. Before you even register or log in, the server will check that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Your confidential information resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The server sits behind an electronic firewall and is not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

May I call in my order?
You will need to place your order through the shopping cart yourself because of the extra added security measures that are taken when placing your order. You will be asked to choose two different security questions to answer (such as your city of birth or your pet's name) This required information is necessary in order to process transactions. You will be issued a new password should you forget or lose your password. This protects you against credit card fraud and checking account fraud. |
What are your credit card payment policies?
Divas & Goddesses accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. You may pay for your order by credit card, or by debit card. In order to protect all customers against potential fraud, the information you provide will be verified. In the course of such verification, the use of card authorization and fraud screening services will be used to verify that the credit card or debit card information as well as the address matches the information you supplied, and verification that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen will also be checked. An address is confirmed if the buyer’s credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. (i.e., the address where you receive your credit card statement). Although the vast majority of unconfirmed addresses are not fraudulent, confirmed addresses are offered as an additional layer of fraud protection. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft. |
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You may request to cancel an order, or to change an order, without penalty, as long as your order has not already been processed, packaged or shipped. Please email us to make any changes to your order, within a few hours after you have placed your order. We typically begin to process your order within a 3 hour time frame in order to expedite your purchase order in a timely manner. Please, always have all your order information when you email us, and be clear on the changes you would like to have done to your purchase order. We will do our very best to stop your order at whatever stage it is in, assuming it has not already been shipped.
If your purchase order has already been processed, packaged or shipped, then the cancellation will be considered as a merchandise return. Thus, (a) all restocking fees will apply. (b) If your package has already been shipped, then all shipping charges are not refundable. (c) If your package has already been shipped, please read our Exchange Policy or Refund Policy sections, pertaining to the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy section of our web site. |
What if an item is out of stock?
If that is the case we will notify you via email within 1 to 2 business days. We will give you an estimated date that your order will be shipped. If upon receiving an email from Divas & Goddesses concerning your out of stock item, you opt to cancel the order for the item that is out of stock, we will gladly refund your purchase order for that item. If we do not receive a reply email with your decision, we will assume that you want us to continue processing your order and ship out your out of stock item as soon as it becomes available. Please email us back with a reply email so that there is no confusion about the order you have placed. |
What happens if I request a partial shipment?
To help keep our prices and shipping charges the lowest on the Internet we will ship your order once all items are in stock. If one of your items is not in stock, but you would like your in-stock items sent out immediately, please email us at sales@intimategoddesslingerie.com to request a partial shipment. A small charge of up to $12.00 will apply. You may also opt to have the items in stock shipped to you immediately and ask us to refund your back ordered items. Please note that for International orders, in order to help keep our prices and shipping charges the lowest on the Internet we will ship your order once all items are in stock. There will be no exceptions. |
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please refer to the chart below, relating to the shipping method used to ship your order, based on the designer line you select. The shipping guidelines set forth below pertain to orders that are paid for by credit card and assuming that the item you have ordered is in stock in the size and color you selected. If your purchase order is made up of multiple selections from different Designer Lines then your estimated shipping date will be the furthest business day guideline posted in the chart below. Please note that these are merely guidelines. Divas & Goddesses believes in fast and friendly customer service, and therefore we ship all orders as fast as we possibly can, which is one of many reasons we have been so successful.

Please keep in mind that during peek Holiday Seasons like Christmas, Valentine's Day and Halloween, Divas & Goddesses as well as the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx), experience a heavier volume of packages to deliver than usual, and during these periods, it is advisable to place your purchase orders as soon as possible, to make sure that your package is delivered to you on time. Divas & Goddesses offers its customers faster shipping methods for an additional charge. Do you charge sales tax?
Since Divas & Goddesses is not required to collect sales tax for sales made in the State of Delaware, we do not charge any sales tax on any purchase orders that are made or delivered in Delaware or made in Delaware and delivered to any other location outside of Delaware. |
How do I check the status of an order?
There are two ways to check the status of your order.
First, if your order is not shipped out yet, refer to the chart below for the estimated time it takes to process your order before it is shipped. The shipping guidelines set forth below pertain to orders that are paid for by credit card and assuming that the item you have ordered is in stock in the size and color you selected. If your order has an item that is out of stock, we will email you within 1 to 2 business days after you have placed your order, with a shipping date for your out of stock item. If your purchase order is made up of multiple selections from different Designer Lines then your estimated shipping date will be the furthest business day guideline posted in the chart below. If you are inquiring about the status of your order that is still in the processing stage and not shipped yet, and is over the shipping guidelines in the chart below, then by all means email us at sales@intimategoddesslingerie.com and we will update you with your order status. Please when sending an email, do not forget to give us the name and address the order was placed under, and a brief description as well as the item number of the product you are inquiring about.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. My Lingerie Secrets is currently offering free standard ground shipping on all merchandise purchases that total $100.00 or more. This offer only qualifies for purchases shipped to the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska. For International orders, orders outside of the 48 contiguous United States and faster shipping methods such as "Overnight" and "Express" please select your preferred shipping choice, from the menu of choices during the checkout process, after you have submitted your billing information. |
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. We are very discreet when it comes to shipping your order. You will receive your product either in a plain unmarked shipping box or in a box supplied by UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Our company name will not be on the box. The initials MLS will be marked on the shipping box for your privacy. |
What shipping carriers do you use?
Divas & Goddesses uses one of three shipping companies to ship your order. United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). |
Will I be able to track my order once it is shipped?
Yes. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you on the day that your order has shipped, after 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time. That is when FedEx, UPS and USPS uploads the tracking numbers for the day. Please give the tracking number that is emailed to you at least 24 hours for tracking information to show up on the FedEx, UPS and USPS web sites. Occasionally tracking information for these carriers takes about 24 hours to show up on their web sites.

How much are my shipping charges?
Currently we are offering free standard ground shipping on all purchases that total over $80. This offer only qualifies for purchases shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.

Who pays for any Customs and Import Duties?
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like, once your package reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges. Divas & Goddesses will not be responsible for paying these charges, and we will not bill you for such charges when you place your order. It is up to you and your responsibility only, to pay any required customs charges that your country requires you to pay, in order for you to receive your package. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are confiscated by customs. |

How long will it take to ship a package Internationally?
Please be aware that your package may take between 1week to 4 weeks, or longer to reach you, once your package is shipped. This can vary depending on the country the package is shipped to, as well as customs clearance and delivery to you. |
Does United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx), ship to a P.O. Box, an APO or FPO address?
No. United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx), do not ship to a P.O. Box or an APO or FPO address. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. |
What are your policies for "Refused" or "Undelivered" packages?
If we ship a package to you and it comes back to us either as "Refused" or as "Undeliverable" due to a bad shipping address that was provided by the customer, you will have a choice of either receiving a refund for your purchase, less a 25% restocking fee or a minimum of a $5 restocking fee per item returned, and less a flat rate ground shipping charge of $12.00 to cover the shipping cost we paid to ship the original order to you, if you received free ground shipping with your order. All shipping charges you paid are not refundable. Otherwise, you may choose to have us re-ship the package back to you at your expense. In this case, please go to our shipping section of our web site and pay for the shipping charge to re-ship your package. Once you have completed your shipping payment, we will re-ship your merchandise back to you. |

What is your Refund Policy?
Our primary goal has always been to make sure that your lingerie and swimwear shopping experience is fun, easy and pleasant. We believe in fast and friendly customer service, which is one of many reasons we have been so successful. We want to help you select the right lingerie and swimwear. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We deal with our customers on a one to one basis and we are always trying our best to help with our customers' needs. We are always ready to serve you. In order for Divas & Goddesses to be able to keep offering our customers the finest quality garments, in lingerie and swimwear fashions, at greatly reduced prices, we have set up our Refund and Exchange Policy Guidelines, that we feel are both fair for all our customers as well as for us, to be able to maintain our highest standards of customer service and low prices.
Refund Policy:
All garments unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a refund, within 7 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any merchandise for a refund. ( The only exceptions are for Holiday Purchases that are delivered to you between December 1st and December 21st. In this case you will have until December 28th to contact us by email if you wish to return merchandise for a refund. For purchases that are delivered to you between February 1st and February 10th, you will have until February 17th to contact us by email if you wish to return merchandise for a refund).
Please, when sending us an email, indicate:

The full name that was used to purchase the merchandise you are returning.

The shipping address that we shipped the merchandise to.

Indicate to us the merchandise that you are returning and a short reason for the return.
We will then email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is mandatory for all returns, a Pre-Filled Return Form and the "Return Shipping Address". When returning garments from multiple designer lines you may have to mail back these garments to different return shipping locations in order to receive a refund.
Upon receiving your return order, we will refund you the price you paid for your returned item(s), less a 25% restocking fee or a minimum of a $5 restocking fee per item returned, and less a flat rate ground shipping charge of $12.00 to cover the shipping cost we paid to ship the original order to you, if you received free ground shipping with your order. All shipping charges you paid are not refundable. (Please note that in the case of International orders, all fees incurred, such as import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like are not refunded by Divas & Goddesses, when merchandise is returned for a refund).
Refund Policy Guidelines:

Returned merchandise must be in New, Unwashed and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging (if any). Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, or if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession. All garments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse to make sure that your garment is not damaged when you receive it.

ALL BRA & PANTY SETS, PANTIES, THONGS, G-STRINGS, MEN'S UNDERWEAR, TEDDIES, BODY STOCKINGS, BODYSUITS, PANTYHOSE, STOCKINGS, HOSIERY, INTIMATE GARMENTS CONTAINING A CROTCH AREA, AND SWIMWEAR are not returnable for a refund, due to the health regulations set by The Department of Health to protect the consumer, and because they may have been tried on, worn, or removed from their package if any. Garments with a crotch area and hosiery, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for products that are received with a defect, and then they are only eligible for an exchange, assuming that they were not tried on, or worn. Due to the make up of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery items that have been tried on, worn, or removed from their package if any, as they tend to stretch out and conform to your body shape. If we determine that these safety measures where not met, we will give you the option of having the garment shipped back to you at your expense or if you decline, we will have to discard the merchandise and no refund will be issued. If you elect to pay for shipping back to you, then please go to our shipping section of our web site and pay for the shipping charge to ship the package back to you. Once you have completed your shipping payment, we will re-ship your merchandise back to you. Please select the standard flat rate shipping charge.

ALL COSTUMES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. THEY CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZE ONLY. Please read our Exchange Policy section for details.

UJENA DESIGNER SWIMSUITS RETURN POLICY: BIKINIS, SWIMSUIT TOPS, SWIMSUIT BOTTOMS, ONE PIECE AND TWO PIECE SWIMSUITS, are returnable for an exchange only. THONG BIKINI BOTTOMS, TONGA BIKINI BOTTOMS and G STRING BIKINI BOTTOMS, NON COVERAGE BOTTOMS and CLEARANCE ITEMS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, due to Health Regulations and to protect the consumer, and because they may have been tried on, worn, soiled or removed from their package are final sales. If a bikini or swimsuit item is received incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order you will receive the option to exchange only. No refunds will be issued. If an exact replacement is not available, you may select a similar item of equal value. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. A ground shipping and handling charge of $15 will be applied to your account to ship your return package back to you, or a $49 return shipping and handling charge will be applied to returns outside of the Contiguous United States.

How to even exchange a Ujena item of the same price: (1) Email us the name and address on your order. (2) Indicate in your email the merchandise you are returning and a short reason for the return. (3) Give us the style number, color and size of the item you would like in exchange (4) Go to our shipping page and pay the $15 return ground shipping and handling charge, or you may select Express or Overnight shipping, for International and Non Contiguous U.S. orders the $49 return shipping and processing charge. (5) A Pre-Filled exchange form will be emailed to you to print out, enclose in your returning package and mail to the factory address on the exchange form. (6) You must also enclose the original packaging slip you received with your order. (7) Upon receiving your merchandise return, as long as the item you are returning is in the same condition as described in our return and exchange policy, the factory will ship the exchange merchandise to you. (8) If the condition of the item you return does not conform to our return and exchange guidelines, the merchandise return will be shipped back to you at your expense.

How to exchange a Ujena item of greater price: (1) Email us the name and address on your order. (2) Indicate in your email the merchandise you are returning and a short reason for the return. What is your Exchange Policy?
Our primary goal has always been to make sure that your lingerie and swimwear shopping experience is fun, easy and pleasant. In order for Divas & Goddesses to be able to keep offering our customers the finest quality garments, in lingerie and swimwear fashions, at greatly reduced prices, we have set up our Exchange Policy Guidelines, that we feel are both fair for all our customers as well as for us, to be able to maintain our highest standards of customer service and low prices.
Exchange Policy:
All garments unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for an exchange, within 7 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return merchandise for an exchange. ( The only exceptions are for Holiday Purchases that are delivered to you between December 1st and December 21st. In this case you will have until December 28th to contact us by email if you wish to return merchandise for an exchange. For purchases that are delivered to you between February 1st and February 10th, you will have until February 17th to contact us by email if you wish to return merchandise for an exchange). For an exchange to take place, you will first need to re-order your new items the same way you placed your first order with us. Once you submit your new order to us, we will ship your order out to you and also furnish you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email as well as our "Return Shipping Address", this is mandatory for all exchanges. When returning garments from multiple designer lines you may have to mail back these garments to different return shipping locations in order to receive an exchange.
Please, when sending us an email, indicate:
o The full name that was used to purchase the merchandise you are returning.
o The shipping address that we shipped the merchandise to.
o Indicate to us the merchandise that you are returning and a short reason for the return.
We will email you your Return Authorization Number (RAN) a Pre-Filled Exchange Form for you to enclose in your package and the "Return Shipping Address", where to ship your return to.
Upon receiving your return order, we will refund you the price you paid for your returned item(s), less a 25% restocking fee or a minimum of a $5 restocking fee per item returned, and less a flat rate ground shipping charge of $12.00 to cover the shipping cost we paid to ship the original order to you, if you received free ground shipping with your order. All shipping charges you paid are not refundable.
Exchange Policy Guidelines:
o Returned merchandise must be in New, Unwashed and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging (if any). Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, or if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession. All garments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse to make sure that your garment is not damaged when you receive it.
o ALL BRA & PANTY SETS, PANTIES, THONGS, G-STRINGS, MEN'S UNDERWEAR, TEDDIES, BODY STOCKINGS, BODYSUITS, PANTYHOSE, STOCKINGS, HOSIERY, INTIMATE GARMENTS CONTAINING A CROTCH AREA, AND SWIMWEAR are not returnable for a refund, due to the health regulations set by The Department of Health to protect the consumer, and because they may have been tried on, worn, or removed from their package if any. Garments with a crotch area and hosiery, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for products that are received with a defect, and then they are only eligible for an exchange, assuming that they were not tried on, or worn. Due to the make up of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery items that have been tried on, worn, or removed from their package if any, as they tend to stretch out and conform to your body shape. What is the best way to determine your bra size?
Here is a sizing guide for determining your bra size which we feel works very well. You will find there are other schools of thought about this subject, however we find this is the one that works best.

Here is a useful set of guidelines to follow when it comes to making sure that you are wearing the right size bra. Statistics show that the majority of women are known to be wearing the wrong bra size. The way a bra fits is the key to wearing the correct bra size. Certain factors in a woman's life will cause for her bra size to fluctuate. A woman's bust measurement will change when she is pregnant or her weight fluctuates. There are two easy steps to follow when it comes to purchasing the correct bra size. First you will need to determine your "Band Size" (example: 32, 34, 36, etc.) and second you will need to determine your "Cup Size" (example: A, B, C, D, DD, etc.).
Step 1: Let us start with the band size measurement. Begin by wearing your best fitting bra that is unpadded. First you will need to determine the measurement under your bust line. Take a measuring tape and firmly measure around your body just under the bust line. Make sure that the tape measure is straight across your back and chest so that it is parallel to the floor. This works best while facing a mirror. The measurement needs to be rounded up or down to a whole number. As a general rule, if the measurement is less than a half inch, round down. If the measurement is more than a half inch round up. (For example: if your measurement is 37 1/4 round down to 37 inches. If your measurement is 37 1/2 round up to 38 inches). If the rounded measurement you come up with is an odd number then add 5 inches to it. If the rounded measurement is an even number then add 4 inches to it. (Example: rounded measurement of 38 inches + 4 inches = 42 inches). This is your "Band Size."
Step 2: Next you will need to determine your "Cup Size.". Standing in front of a mirror, measure from around your back to the largest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape somewhat looser than the band size measurement. Make sure that the measuring tape is straight and parallel to the floor. Round up or down to a whole number as you did with your band size measurement. Now, subtract the "Band Size" measurement from the measurement you just measured and this difference will determine your "Cup Size." (Example: "Band Size" of 42 inches - 39 inches = 3 inches = C "Cup Size" ). For Standard cup size measurements, please refer to the chart below.

Please keep in mind that calculating bra size is not an exact science. We feel that the sizing guide above is the most accurate way to measure for a bra. We feel that our sizing guide is a great way to determining band size. However, cup size is always a little more difficult. Generally you would know your cup size better than any measuring system out there. So do not be surprised if your cup size ends up being different to what you feel it should be.
It is important to note that cup sizes in the D and higher range tend to vary between different manufacturers. We strongly suggest that you refer to the "size chart" links by each corresponding product to view the charts for each manufacturer for a more accurate size selections. |
Is there a way to check if I have selected the right size bra, after I have measured myself for my bra size?
Yes. Here is a bra fitting check list to determine if you have selected the right fitting bra.
(1) If your breasts do not fill out the cups then you will need a smaller cup size. On the contrary if your breasts are bulging out of your cups then you need a larger cup size. Since in most cases women have one breast larger than the other sometimes by one cup size, then the rule of thumb is choose the cup size that will fit your larger breast. Another thing to keep in mind is that as the band size increases, so does the cup size. So a "D" cup in a 36D is going to be smaller than a "D" cup in a 38D.
(2) The center section of the bra between the cups must fit flat against your body. If it does not then the cup size is too small or the center section of your bra between the two cups is not extended enough to accommodate for the distance between your breasts.
(3) The bottom of the bra in the back and front must be parallel to the floor. The lower edge of the band must lay below the shoulder blades. You will get the best support the lower the back fits.
(4) After wearing your bra for a prolonged time it should not leave any deep marks or lines on your body. If it does this means that either your bra is hooked too tight or the band size is too small. |
What is the best way to determine your panty size?
It is crucial that your panties fit well, otherwise you will not feel very comfortable all day. When selecting the right size panties you need to know two measurements. The first is your waist measurement and the second is your hip measurement.
Waist Measurement: To measure your waist take a measuring tape and measure around the natural break in your waist.
Hip Measurement: With a tape measure first make sure that it is parallel to the floor then measure the fullest part of your hips.
After determining your waist and hip measurements, it is important to note that panty sizes tend to vary between different manufacturers. We strongly suggest that you refer to the links corresponding to our manufacturer's charts for more accurate panty size selections. If you find that you fall in two different level sizes for your waist and hip measurements on the manufacturer's chart, then select the larger of the two sizes. |
Is there a way to check if I have selected the correct panty size, after I have measured myself for my panty size?
Here are a list of things to look for to make sure you have selected the correct panty size.
(1) Make sure that your panty fits naturally against your body.
(2) Your panty in the buttocks area must be cupped. If you find that your panty is not covered over your buttocks area then you need a larger size.
(3) Your waist band should fit snug. If you find that it is rolling in the front or bunching up, then your panty is too large.
(4) The leg openings in your panties should be snug but not so tight that they leave deep marks or lines around your thighs.
(5) If you find that the waistband or the leg area in your panties are stretched out, the material is fraying, or your panties keep riding up, then it is time to replace them. |
